Lisa M. Gilmore is a Principal attorney at the firm. A seasoned litigator and Collaborative Law attorney, Lisa’s practice spans a broad spectrum of matters with a focus on complex cases involving divorce, high-net-worth estates, intricate financial issues, parenting, and child support. Lisa’s proficiency also extends to addressing the unique legal needs of persons in domestic partnerships and other non-marital relationships, as well as LGBTQ+ family issues including relationship agreements and second-parent adoptions.

Beyond her practice, Lisa contributes to the legal field and the community through her service on the Board of King County Collaborative Law. Lisa is also a member of the American Bar Association’s Family Law Section including the Alternative Families Division, the Washington State Bar Association’s Sexual Orientation and Gender Identification Legal Issues Section, the King County Bar Association’s Family Law Section, Collaborative Professionals of Washington, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Greater Seattle Business Association, and the Human Rights Commission.

Lisa has received recognition for her previous volunteer work with the King County Bar Association’s Domestic Violence Family Law Clinics. She also received a Special Recognition Award from the Greater Seattle Business Association for Collaboration for Social Change, as well as a Cynthia Gillespie Award from the Northwest Women’s Law Center for her work with the Marriage Equality Team. Lisa has been recognized by Best Lawyers® since 2021, and has been named on the Super Lawyers® list since 2022.

In her personal life, Lisa is an avid runner, soccer player, and member of the West Seattle Yacht Club.
