Erin Newton is Of Counsel to the firm, where her practice focuses on criminal defense, government investigations, professional licensing, and appeals.

Erin is a skilled attorney who has wide-ranging knowledge of state and federal courts. She has extensive experience in complex matters, including assisting in a federal death-eligible homicide trial in the District of Alaska, capital habeas matters in the Western District of Washington and the Washington Supreme Court, challenging Washington State Bar disciplinary matters, and the defense of an individual targeted by federal prosecutors with false allegations of a multi-million-dollar fraud conspiracy involving federal government projects.

As a former COO to an international retailer, Erin also brings her knowledge of the numerous state, federal, and international regulations relevant to government investigations of business operations.

Erin previously served as a law clerk in the Western District of Washington and the Washington Supreme Court, and was Managing Editor of the Washington Law Review.
