Arianna Nord is an Associate at the firm. Arianna skillfully handles a broad range of family law matters, including divorce/dissolution of marriage, complex financial issues and high asset estates, parenting and parentage, child support, parenting and support modifications, and relocations. Arianna’s commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered, high quality representation sets her clients and their families on the best possible paths forward.

Arianna’s passion for family law began prior to law school while serving as an AmeriCorps member assisting self-represented parties with family law issues. As a student at the University of Washington School of Law, Arianna continued to build her experience with family-centered legal matters by working with clients in the family defense clinic in partnership with the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe. During law school, Arianna wrote and published a compelling article for Washington Law Review, arguing for expanded constitutional protections for LGBTQIA+ couples seeking to foster children. Prior to joining Skellenger Bender, Arianna worked as an Associate at a boutique Seattle law firm focusing on complex high asset family law cases.
