Caleb M. Oken-Berg’s practice focuses primarily on family law, including divorce/dissolution, domestic partnership issues, parenting plan and child support modifications, child custody (including international child custody/ abduction), parentage actions, adoption, and LGBT-specific legal issues. Caleb is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of Washington. Caleb is active in the legal community and has presented on family law topics to other practitioners, law students, and community members. He is also co-chair of the Law Student Outreach Committee for Q-Law. Caleb is fluent in Spanish and French, and has worked in Nicaragua, France, Ireland, and Belgium. In Nicaragua, Caleb worked directly with Spanish-speaking attorneys and clients at the Universidad Centroamericana’s legal clinic. Caleb is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, American Bar Association, King County Bar Association, and Q-Law (LGBT Bar Association of Washington). Memberships & Affiliations
