Rochelle NelsonRochelle Nelson

Rochelle Nelson’s practice focuses on design professional representation and construction law, commercial litigation, and various aspects of employment law. She is admitted to practice in the state courts of Washington, and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. Prior to joining Skellenger Bender, Rochelle worked with a national labor and employment firm providing litigation and counseling services for employers. Her background includes handling class-action wage and hour disputes, and claims for employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and enforcement of non-competition agreements. Rochelle’s prior experience also includes her clerkship with the Honorable Charles W. Johnson of the Washington State Supreme Court.

In the past, Rochelle has volunteered with Columbia Legal Services’ LFO Clinic and The Unemployment Law Project.
