Colleen LaMotte focuses her practice on estate planning, probate (including TEDRA and small estate administration), and guardianship.
While attending Seattle University School of Law, Colleen externed with the Honorable Catherine Shaffer in King County Superior Court, received several CALI awards, and served as the Managing Editor of the Seattle Journal for Social Justice. Upon graduation she was a Judicial Assistant to the Honorable J. Dean Morgan, Washington State Court of Appeals, Division II.
Colleen has volunteered her time with the Northwest Women’s Law Center (now Legal Voice) on the self-help committee and the Information and Referral Line, and with the King County Bar Association’s neighborhood legal clinics.
Colleen currently volunteers with the First Responder Will Clinic, Food Lifeline, Treehouse, and is Co-Chair of the John Hay Public School Foundation.
Colleen is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the King County Bar Association.
